This is True Progress

True progress is made through education. When conservatives abandoned the idea of turning out critical thinkers around the same time that per capita funding was emphasized instead, they neglected a crucial duty to posterity. The result was a failure to ensure that future generations are morally upright, healthy, and freethinkers. This was all done in the name of pity for inferior others and I don’t call this systemic racism.
Feeling marginalized is a feeling that we all experience throughout our lives and in distinctive arenas. In the home front as a sibling, in academic life as a student, in the workforce as a competitor, etc. etc. What I’m getting at is that we need not focus on economic classes or race and ethnicities to justify our feelings of oppression by blaming anyone. Our own inferiority complex has a role in the outcome of our lives and we become the self-fulfilling prophecy solely responsible for our own demise.
Old-fashioned conservatives should be concerned with comforting the people that come forward with shameful experiences endured under a lack of leadership. They need a safe place to speak, the assurance that wrongdoing has consequences, and protection from any pressure from extortionists. Accountability is important, it still matters.
Getting paralyzed in fear is only conducive to negative outcomes.
